We offer a carefully chosen list of Spencer, Antique (Grandiflora), and Cherub (dwarf) varieties, together with a limited availability of the finest commercial cutflower types.
Our list is not based on varieties from a particular breeder, and so is more consistent in quality than that of many other seed companies. We believe that we are the only company offering such a comprehensive list of top quality sweet pea varieties, and indicate against each variety the uses for which we consider it most suitable.
We try to offer the finest varieties available in each colour, together with a wide selection of less usual types which are particularly suitable for the flower arranger as well as for garden decoration.
Commercial cut flower growers are invited to visit the Laughing Owl Nursery site, which details the finest range of cut flower sweet pea varieties in the world. For the past few years, demand has outstripped supply, and we have been unable to offer these varieties to new customers. Seed production has now been increased, and we welcome enquiries from interested growers worldwide. Please note that this site is strictly wholesale.
