Captain of the Blues
Bred by Eckford in 1889. One of the best heirloom sweet peas in this colour range, it was described as 'very desirable' by Robert Sydenham in 1910. Combines well with either darker blue sweet peas like Lord Nelson, or lighter shades such as Lady Grisel Hamilton.
